Our journey to Paradigm began from a place of frustration. For years, we were immersed in the retail side of the fashion industry, importing and selling clothing. But over time, we began to notice a troubling pattern: the garments we were receiving were poorly made, lacked durability, and often felt cheap due to the use of low-quality, synthetic materials like polyester. Worse, we realized that many of these fabrics were shedding microplastics—tiny plastic fibers that not only pollute the environment but also pose significant health risks when they enter our bodies.
We were disheartened by the realization that so many clothing lines, especially those that were mass-produced and imported, prioritized quantity over quality, and the long-term impact of cheap materials wasn’t considered. It was clear to us that something needed to change.
That’s when we decided to take matters into our own hands.

These fabrics not only look and feel amazing, but they’re also free from the harmful chemicals and plastic-based materials that have become so prevalent in today’s clothing industry. Not only are we passionate about reducing the amount of plastic women wear, like polyester, but we're also concerned about the detrimental effects of plastic in every other area of life. 2% of our yearly profits are donated to an organization that is personally dear to us. Plastic Pollution Coalition takes action towards legislation regarding all facets of plastic use around the world.
